We answer the same day, most days.
Cabina Premium is billed through your Apple ID, so it's managed in your iPhone settings rather than in the app:
Cabina also links you straight there: Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the current period ends.
New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open Settings → Restore Purchases in Cabina. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it comes back without a new charge. If it doesn't, email us and we'll sort it out.
On your phone. Cabina has no accounts and no sign-up, and your closet is stored in a local database on the device — which is also why it doesn't follow you to a second phone on its own. The full details are in our privacy policy.
To remove everything: Settings → Delete Account wipes your closet, outfits, photos, and preferences from the device. It can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy.
Try-ons and photo cleanup run in the cloud and draw from a monthly allowance. If a try-on fails to deliver, the credit goes back automatically — you're never charged for something that didn't arrive. If you think you've been charged in error, tell us what happened and we'll make it right.
Cabina shows you which features use AI, and how, at Settings → About AI in the app.
AI image generation gets things wrong sometimes. If Cabina produces something inaccurate, inappropriate, or that misrepresents you, send it to us at [email protected] and we'll look at it directly. Reports like these are how the guardrails get better.
Most product questions — how the closet works, what's free, how try-ons work, how Cabina compares to other closet apps — are answered on our FAQ.
