Welcome to Cabina. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cabina mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Life Lift, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the company behind Cabina. By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Cabina is a personal styling app that helps you build outfits from your own wardrobe and decide what new pieces to buy. The Service includes AI-powered styling suggestions, virtual try-on visuals, and shopping recommendations. We don't sell clothing directly — we link out to retailers, and may earn a commission on qualifying purchases through those links (see our Privacy Policy for details).
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cabina, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter into a subscription. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Some features require you to sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Cabina offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), not by us directly. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable store's subscription and payment terms.
The free tier includes meaningful functionality (browsing the curated Looks gallery, building a closet, basic styling). Premium unlocks additional features like Virtual Try-On, Trip Packing, AI-generated share scenes, and a monthly allowance of AI styling credits. The exact feature split may evolve over time; the current state is documented in-app.
You own your content. Photos you import (of yourself, your wardrobe, or items you're considering), saved outfits, wishlist items, and any other content you provide remain yours.
Limited license to us. You grant Cabina a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the Service — for example, sending a photo transiently to Google's Gemini API for background cleanup and classification (see our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling picture). This license is restricted to operating the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or training.
AI-generated outputs. The visual outputs Cabina generates from your content (try-on composites, share images, recomposed looks) are provided to you as part of the Service. You're free to share these images personally. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated patterns derived from how the Service is used (not your content itself) to improve the product.
The Cabina LookBook is a public web gallery. When you post a Look, you choose to make that content public, and you grant Cabina a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote it — on getcabina.com, in the app, and in Cabina's marketing.
Improving Cabina. You also grant Cabina the right to use published Looks to improve the Service — for example, deriving garment imagery, style descriptors, and outfit patterns from posted photos to expand Cabina's catalog and styling intelligence. Derived catalog entries are garment-level and anonymous: they never include your face, name, or handle. This applies only to content you publish to the LookBook — the private-content commitments in Section 5 are unchanged, and your closet, selfies, and unpublished content are never used this way.
Removing a post. You can remove a post at any time, which ends its public display and stops any future derivation from it. Anonymous garment-level catalog entries already derived while it was public may persist.
Age and likeness. Posts that include photos rendered on your own likeness require you to be 18 or older and to confirm the photos depict you. Never publish another person's likeness without their permission.

Automated access to Cabina's websites. Cabina's public pages, including the Cabina LookBook, may be indexed by search engines and AI assistants for the purpose of helping people discover Cabina and its creators. All other automated collection is prohibited — including bulk downloading, scraping, or republication of LookBook photos, text, or page markup, whether for datasets, competing services, or commercial use. LookBook content is licensed to Cabina by its creators and is protected by copyright; no license to reproduce it is granted to site visitors beyond personal viewing and sharing links.
Cabina uses generative AI (today, primarily Google's Gemini models) to power core features. AI outputs are imperfect by nature — they may misidentify items, suggest combinations that don't quite work, or produce visuals with small artifacts. Treat AI suggestions as a starting point, not gospel. We label AI-generated outputs in the app so you know what you're looking at.
Detailed disclosures live on the in-app About AI screen (Settings → About → About AI).
When you tap a Shop button, we may redirect you to a retailer (such as Amazon) via an affiliate link. If you make a purchase, the retailer may pay us a small commission, at no extra cost to you. The first time you tap such a link in the app, we show a brief disclosure. Retailers' own terms govern your purchase once you arrive on their site.
Cabina, the Cabina logo, the "What will you wear next?" tagline, and the curated content we author (look descriptions, hallmark guidance, reference imagery, styling rules) are the intellectual property of Life Lift, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute these without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate or flattering. Your style judgment is the final word.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Lift, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.
You can stop using Cabina at any time. You can also delete your account from Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your account data. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate, notify you in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
